Holly has been with Oklahoma Plastic Surgeons and Dr. Webster since 2012. Her experience as an executive assistant in plastic surgery offices prior to onboarding is beyond compare. She serves to coordinate and oversee all office communication between the practice and its patients as well as the multitude of venders and management companies we interact with daily.
Her incredibly strong work ethic has allowed the practice to prosper on a multitude of levels and her daily commitment to excellence keeps the clinic functioning in a pristine manner.
When not wrestling the many demands the practice requires of her, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Her abilities as an amateur mixologist have her creating concoctions that can give our anesthesiologist’s operating room offerings a run for their money.

Rebel Hudson – Scrub Technician
Meet the staff! Ms. Rebel Hudson is the Director of the Operating Room and Certified Laser and Operating Room Technician. She has 26 years of experience in surgery and 7 years of laser specialty.
Rebel is responsible for educating and encouraging others that participate in surgical patient care.
Besides her work in surgery, her other devotion is in laser aesthetics where she enjoys bringing life changing results to those who seek her expertise. Rebel’s perseverance comes from her inspiration to pursue the best results despite the obstacles that might lay before her.

Kassi Woods, L. P. N.
Meet Kassi! Kassi has been a nurse since 2008 and an employee of Oklahoma Plastic Surgeons since 2019. She was actively recruited to OPS due to her skill level, vast experience in the medical field and commitment to patient care.
Kassi continues to pursue additional skills and nursing education. She is certified in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Additionally, she has received certification in radiofrequency micro needling which is an amazing, newly evolving, nonsurgical skin resurfacing and tightening technology. Her favorite requests are for non-detectable injectables and has a true talent and passion for lip contouring.
In addition, she has over 15 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry with a knack for skin care and the application of cosmetics which always brings out the best faces in our patients.
In the end, she takes great satisfaction in helping people feel beautiful and the reward of thanks from our happy clients.
Kari Petty – Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Kari has been with Oklahoma Plastic Surgeons and Dr. Webster since 2019. Her role at Oklahoma Plastic Surgeons is an administrative assistant. She is responsible for coordinating appointments for our patients, scheduling their surgeries, and is the primary support for direct patient communications.
Kari had been a licensed cosmetologist and highly sought stylist since 2000. She receives much enjoyment from making people feel better about themselves and their appearance. Her opinions and suggestions for hair styling and makeup application is one of our great perks we can offer to our clients. She is willing to assist anyone who would like to learn more about how to maintain a youthful looking appearance.
Kari has been a welcome addition to our team and her insights and perspective on patient communication, office workflow and beauty have been enlightening.
